Adam Fitzhenry
Managing Director
As the founder of the Agtech group of companies, including Agtech Food Manufacturing, Agtech Freeze Drying, and Plant Doctor, which evolved from Agtech Natural Resources originally founded by his father, Adam leads the business with a focus on fostering a supportive culture and coaching leaders to grow both personally and professionally. This foundation ensures that the team delivers personalised, customer-focused service and supports independent, thriving businesses. Adam’s strengths include strategic vision, culture building, mentoring, operational foresight, and resilience. His biggest motivator is building self-sustaining success, developing staff and helping them achieve the growth needed to confidently manage their respective business units. This transformation allows him to focus on long-term strategy while the strong, autonomous teams he’s built deliver exceptional results for customers. Outside of work, Adam enjoys family time, golf, and boating or fishing.
Shane Galamore
Operations Manager
Shane has been part of the Agtech team since 2020, serving as Operations Manager for Agtech Freeze Drying. He oversees all aspects of production, from raw material intake to finished product, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. Shane also manages machine maintenance, inventory, customer service, and quality control, bringing expertise in helping customers develop freeze-dried products tailored to their needs. He is motivated by striving for excellence, improving business efficiency, and working closely with the family team. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with family, golfing, reading self-improvement books, listening to audiobooks, and contributing to the local community.
Amelia Hildebrand
Admin and Accounts Manager
Amelia first joined Agtech Food Manufacturing in 2018 and moved across to Agtech Freeze Drying in May 2025. As part of the family-run business, she wears many hats in her role, such as handling customer enquiries, managing accounts, processing orders, and coordinating freight and stock. Amelia’s expertise lies in managing customer interactions, from initial enquiries to after-sales support, always ensuring a smooth and positive experience. She’s motivated by the supportive environment of a family business, where shared values and teamwork drive success. Outside of work, Amelia enjoys watching the sunrise, reading a good romance novel, and playing a round of golf.
Griffin Gallamore
Freeze Drying Technician
Griffin has been with Agtech for 2022, where he is responsible for machine maintenance, production, cleanliness, and learning warehouse management. He brings strong skills in operating and troubleshooting equipment, as well as consistent product handling to maintain quality and hygiene standards. Griffin is motivated by being part of a great team within the family-run business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, supporting local charities, and socialising at the pub.
